ANYONE WHO DISHES THIS PIT HAS NO CLUE.A 5 YEAR OLD COULD COOK ANY CUT OF MEAT IN 1HR 15 MIN.WATER TRAY ADDS MOISTURE AND REMOVED AFTER 1HR GETS THE FIRE BACK UP.
